VLT FC 360 Automation Drives

The VLT FC 360 Automation Drives series offers a versatile, general-purpose AC drive platform engineered for accurate motor control across diverse machinery. It handles both open-loop and closed-loop operation, covering speed regulation, process PID, positioning functions, torque control, and permanent-magnet motor drives, with Automatic Motor Adaptation and optional encoder or resolver feedback. To simplify integration and minimize panel complexity, it incorporates RS485 communication, Smart Logic Control, integrated EMC filtering, a built-in brake chopper on selected frame sizes, and flexible digital, analog, relay, and pulse I/O. Designed for demanding industrial environments, it features coated PCBs, an IP20 enclosure, compact side-by-side mounting, and full-load operation up to 45 to 50°C, with derating available for higher ambient temperatures. Across the range, the series delivers a compact automation drive solution for conveyors, pumps, fans, mixers, hoists, extruders, textile equipment, and other applications requiring dependable variable-speed motor control.
