IKL Control Cables

Bosch Rexroth IKL control cables are factory-engineered feedback and control assemblies designed to connect Rexroth servo motors, encoders or resolvers, and auxiliary motor components with compatible Bosch Rexroth drives and control platforms. In a typical motion axis, an IKL cable set transports low-level signals-encoder feedback, temperature sensor circuits, brake command lines, and other I/O-between the motor and the drive so the drive can determine position and speed and handle protective functions. By channeling these signals through correctly pinned, shielded conductors and proper pairings, the cables suppress electrical noise and preserve signal integrity when routed near high-power motor leads. The result is stable commutation, accurate positioning, and dependable fault monitoring throughout the motion system.
