G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers

The G Sanmotion AC Servo Amplifiers introduce a compact yet powerful motion-control platform. They drive servo motors to a top speed of 6500 min?¹-up from 6000 min?¹-expanding the high-speed output range without requiring larger motors. A 3.5 kHz speed frequency response, roughly 1.6 times faster than earlier models, is achieved through improved current control, while positioning settling time drops to about 5.5 ms, nearly one-third of previous levels. High precision comes standard with 23-bit encoders, with an optional 27-bit upgrade for even finer control. Motor length is reduced by up to 22%. Efficiency gains are notable: motor losses decrease by 8%, amplifier losses by 22%, and brake power consumption by up to 44%. Vibration resistance is strengthened-double for motors and 20% higher for amplifiers. The series operates from 0 to 60°C and supports use up to 2000 m altitude. A single cable now carries both power and brake connections, adjustable connectors simplify wiring, and built-in monitoring of voltage, communication quality, and brake life helps detect issues early to minimize downtime.
