This compact controller regulates the speed of three-phase induction motors used in air-handling units, pumps, and chillers so building automation systems can maintain precise temperature and airflow set points while minimizing energy consumption. By adjusting output frequency according to load demand, the drive replaces mechanical throttling devices and reduces wear on connected equipment. It is suited for ventilation and hydronic systems where motor speed needs to follow changing building loads throughout the day. Its protective enclosure allows installation directly in plant rooms rather than only inside sealed panels.

Targeted specifically at HVAC duty cycles, the drive accepts a mains supply of 380-460 VAC, a range that covers common 400 V building networks. Its output stage is rated for 22 kW / 30 hp, allowing it to run medium-sized supply fans or centrifugal pumps without derating. The housing carries an ingress rating of IP54, so internal electronics are shielded from dust deposits and water splashes encountered in mechanical rooms.
