The 175Z7051 is an HVAC drive and variable-speed AC controller manufactured by Danfoss within the VLT 6000 HVAC Drives series. It is installed between the mains supply and induction motors to regulate frequency and voltage so that fans, pumps, and air-handling equipment track demand rather than run at constant speed. Variable-speed control lets connected equipment respond to load changes instead of cycling only between full speed and stop. By varying motor speed to match system demand, the unit improves energy efficiency and helps stabilize airflow, temperature, and pressure in building and industrial ventilation systems.

The drive accepts a three-phase input of 380-460 VAC and is rated for 4.0/5.0 kW/HP motor output. This range suits common facility power systems used for ventilation and pumping equipment. Its compact IP54 enclosure allows direct mounting in mechanical rooms while helping protect internal boards from dust and splashing water. Conducted emissions are suppressed by the integrated Class A1 and B filter, which helps reduce electromagnetic interference on surrounding equipment. Operation and parameter changes are handled through the detachable local control panel (LCP), giving direct access to setup and monitoring functions.
