This variable-frequency drive is intended for ventilation and air-handling equipment, where modulating motor speed trims energy use and stabilizes airflow or pump pressure inside automated building systems. By converting fixed mains frequency into a controlled output, the unit becomes a central element in HVAC control loops that link sensors, dampers, and supervisory PLCs.

The drive accepts a line supply of 380-460 VAC, so it can be installed on typical three-phase industrial feeders without a step-down transformer. Its output capability is rated at 1.1 kW / 1.5 HP, matching small induction motors commonly found on supply fans and secondary pumps. A compact IP20 housing shields live parts from fingers or tools while still allowing cabinet airflow, which is useful in tight mechanical rooms. To limit conducted radio-frequency noise, the integrated Class A1/B filter attenuates emissions for residential and light-industrial EMC zones. The operator can program parameters through the front-mounted interface supplied with an LCP; this detachable Local Control Panel stores settings, displays alarms, and provides manual run keys for local control.
