The 195N1103 is an AC drive module produced by Danfoss within the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. This variable-frequency drive regulates induction motor speed for conveyor lines, pumps, and other process machinery in automated plants. By converting fixed-frequency mains power into a controlled three-phase output, the unit adjusts motor speed and torque while maintaining compact dimensions suitable for panel installation. It is suitable for equipment that needs adjustable motor control without requiring a large enclosure footprint.

The drive accepts a mains supply of 380-480 V ± 10 % 50/60 Hz, allowing operation on industrial networks with moderate voltage variation. Within that range, it delivers a continuous mechanical output of 7.5 kW, equal to 10 HP, for standard IEC or NEMA motors. The inverter is engineered for three-phase power, so incoming current is distributed across the supply lines. Protection against accidental contact is provided by an IP20 enclosure rating, so cooling air should pass through a clean control cabinet. The unit is intended for process-duty applications rather than HVAC or positioning tasks, and no application option card is installed, leaving the basic user interface and I/O arrangement in place.

The drive uses a Bookstyle housing that stacks neatly with other slim units to reduce required panel width. Operating data and parameters are shown on the built-in display (SLCP), so basic setup can be done without an external keypad. The circuit boards are supplied without a protective coating, which makes the module better suited for dry, filtered enclosures where airborne moisture or chemical vapors are limited. For electromagnetic compliance, the integral filter meets EN 55011 Class A1, which helps limit radio-frequency emissions in process installations that share sensitive instrumentation.
