The 195N1030 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. It is designed to adjust induction motor speed in general process automation, providing closed-loop control without mechanical speed changers. The compact format suits cabinet installations where several drives must fit side by side while still supporting routine speed and torque control for common industrial equipment.

This unit operates on a 380-480 V ±10% 50/60 Hz supply, so it can be used on many industrial low-voltage networks worldwide. The input accepts three-phase power and converts it into a modulated output that delivers a continuous 1.1 kW of electrical power, which corresponds to a mechanical rating of 1.5 HP at the motor shaft. These ratings indicate the maximum continuous load the connected motor can sustain before derating or thermal trip becomes necessary. The drive carries an IP20 rating when mounted inside an enclosure, which means the terminals are touch-safe but the panel must provide additional protection. The hardware configuration is standard with brake, so an integrated brake chopper supports dynamic motor deceleration.
