The 195N0067 low-voltage AC drive is built by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. This unit is intended to vary the speed of standard induction motors used in continuous-flow production, water treatment, and other industrial automation tasks. By adjusting output frequency and voltage, it enables precise torque control while its slim enclosure simplifies integration with process instrumentation and field wiring.

In its standard configuration, the drive accepts an input supply of 200-240 V AC from a three-phase line and delivers up to 3.0 HP of mechanical output, equivalent to a continuous electrical rating of 2.2 kW. A front-mounted built-in display (SLCP) provides local access to setpoints, status words, and fault logs. The control core applies a V/f profile suited to process applications, allowing acceleration and deceleration to be adjusted independently. No additional application option board is installed, so the terminal rows remain available for analog speed reference, discrete I/O, or later fieldbus expansion. Gate-timed switching helps match motor inductance and limit audible carrier noise.

The enclosure uses a Bookstyle layout that permits dense side-by-side mounting in motor control centers while maintaining an IP20 touch-safe rating. Conducted emissions stay within the limits imposed by the integrated EN 55011 Class A1 RFI filter, which removes the need for external suppression components in many cabinet installations. The power board is supplied without coating, which is appropriate for cabinets kept free of moisture or corrosive fumes. The unit is intended for installation inside a protective cabinet rather than exposed mounting. Unused inputs can be assigned for pressure feedback or valve position when the drive is adapted to batch or continuous process stages.
