The Danfoss 195N0063 is an AC drive in the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. As a compact controller, it varies output frequency and voltage to regulate induction motor speed in conveyors, mixers, pumps, fans, and similar process equipment. This allows the driven machine to follow changing process demand instead of running continuously at full speed. In routine automation service, that type of control can reduce mechanical stress on couplings, belts, and bearings while supporting smoother starts and controlled speed changes. That behavior can improve process stability when flow, mixing intensity, or conveyor speed must be adjusted during operation.

The unit delivers 3.0 HP of output from a rated electrical input of 200-240 V AC on a balanced 3-phase supply. Internally, a power section rated at 2.2 kW converts the mains input to a variable-frequency output for the connected motor. Thermal loading is monitored through the integrated built-in display (SLCP), which presents operating information directly on the drive. No application option card or fieldbus option is installed, so command and speed reference signals are handled through the standard analog inputs and discrete control terminals. The boards are supplied without coating, so the unit is better suited to clean electrical enclosures than to areas with corrosive vapors.

The narrow Bookstyle enclosure conserves cabinet width and carries an IP20 protection rating, making it suitable for clean indoor panels with forced-air cooling. The drive is intended for Process duty, so it supports pumps, agitators, dosing screws, and other variable-speed machinery that benefit from controlled acceleration and deceleration. An integrated filter satisfies EN 55011 Class A1, which helps keep conducted emissions within industrial limits. The slim housing also leaves more room for wiring ducts and neighboring components in densely packed control cabinets. This layout suits installations where panel space is limited and where the drive is mounted in a protected cabinet with controlled airflow.
