This makes it suitable for variable-speed service in pumps, fans, and other light industrial equipment that uses compact panel drives.

The drive accepts an input range of 200-240 V AC, letting the unit connect directly to branch circuits in light industrial settings. When fully loaded, it delivers 1.5 HP, which corresponds to a continuous electrical rating of 1.1 kW. The slim Bookstyle enclosure saves panel width, and the IP20 protection class prevents accidental finger contact while assuming installation in a clean control cabinet. Printed circuit boards are supplied without coating, so the drive should not be placed where airborne chemicals or moisture are present. Because there is no application option preinstalled, the parameter set must be configured for the intended sequence and acceleration profile.

Mechanical deceleration is supported by standard with brake hardware, which allows the use of an external brake resistor for rapid stops without overloading the inverter section. Operator interaction is handled through a built-in display (SLCP) that shows status codes and permits on-keypad tuning without a separate keypad. For plants subject to conducted-emission limits, the unit is supplied without an EMC filter, so an external RFI filter must be added at the mains terminals. This arrangement leaves EMC treatment to the surrounding panel hardware rather than to the drive itself.
