The 195N0031 is a variable-frequency AC drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. The unit converts fixed mains power into a controlled output frequency so that induction motors can run at the exact speed a process requires, trimming energy use and mechanical stress. Its compact design targets conveyors, pumps, and small fans where panel space is limited and low-voltage, single-phase supplies are common in light industrial automation. That makes it suitable for straightforward variable-speed duties where smooth startup and adjustable operating speed are needed during normal machine operation.

Electrically, the drive accepts a nominal input of 200-240 V AC and runs from a single-phase feeder, which removes the need for three-phase infrastructure in smaller facilities. The output stage can deliver up to 1.0 HP, equivalent to 0.75 kW, giving adequate headroom for fractional-horsepower motors used in auxiliary equipment. A protection rating of IP20 makes the chassis finger-safe, but it should still be mounted inside an enclosure to limit dust or liquid exposure.
