By adjusting motor frequency and voltage, the drive supports energy savings and improved process control in automated installations. That variable-speed operation also helps connected equipment respond more smoothly when demand changes during normal use. It is well suited to applications where the motor does not need to run at full speed at all times.

The unit accepts a supply of 200-240 V AC from a single-phase branch circuit and converts that input into a variable output for motor control.
