The 195N0025 is a low-voltage AC drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT 2800 low-voltage drives series. As a compact variable-frequency controller, it adjusts the speed of small induction motors used in process lines, conveyors, and auxiliary pumps. This allows the motor to follow changing load demand more closely instead of running at a fixed speed all the time. In applications with frequent speed changes, that control can help reduce mechanical stress and support steadier process operation.

This drive connects directly to three-phase mains from 200-240 V AC. It provides up to 1.0 HP of motor output, which corresponds to 0.75 kW of continuous power. The book-style housing keeps panel depth low and allows compact side-by-side mounting in control cabinets. An IP20 enclosure helps protect against accidental finger contact and is intended for installation inside a clean cabinet. This combination of size and output suits smaller motor loads that need reliable speed control without taking up much panel space.

Operation and setup are handled through a built-in display (SLCP), so parameters and fault messages can be viewed from the front of the unit. The drive comes with the lack of a fieldbus option, so communication is handled through hard-wired control connections rather than a network module. It is also supplied without an EMC filter, so installations that require additional radio-frequency suppression need an external stage. The standard hardware configuration includes the expected control terminals, relay contact, and analog reference interfaces for this drive class. Surface coating is omitted, so the unit is better suited to clean, noncorrosive cabinet environments. The Process setup is intended for constant-torque loads such as mixers and agitators, where stable low-speed behavior is often important.
