The 195N0022 is a variable frequency drive from Danfoss in the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. It converts fixed mains power into adjustable output frequency so connected induction motors can start smoothly, run at controlled speed, and decelerate with less mechanical shock. By adjusting frequency and voltage together, the unit can match motor speed to process demand instead of forcing full-speed operation at all times. This makes it suitable for continuous-duty equipment such as conveyors, small pumps, and other process machinery where stable motor control is needed. That control approach can also help reduce mechanical wear in applications with frequent starts and stops.

The drive uses a Bookstyle enclosure that reduces panel width and allows side-by-side mounting without derating. It accepts 200-240 V AC mains power and carries an IP20 enclosure rating, so it is intended for installation inside a clean control cabinet. The slim housing is useful in narrow panels where multiple drives are arranged in one row and front access must remain clear. The motor output is rated at 0.75 HP, which suits light-duty applications that need steady speed regulation rather than heavy starting torque. When networked control is required, optional DeviceNet communication can be used for command and status exchange with higher-level automation equipment.

The power section is rated at 0.55 kW for continuous operation. A built-in SLCP display on the front of the unit shows parameters and fault codes, allowing local adjustment and status review without an external keypad. The front-mounted interface also supports quick monitoring during startup and normal operation. The drive is supplied standard with a brake, so an internal brake chopper can absorb regenerative energy during deceleration. It also comes without an EMC filter, and the unit includes a Process application profile, comes without conformal coating, and is not fitted with supplementary application option cards.
