The 134H5277 is an AC variable speed drive produced by Danfoss and assigned to the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. The unit converts fixed-frequency mains power into a pulse-width-modulated output so that three-phase induction motors can be started, stopped, or run at an exact speed without mechanical throttling. In continuous-process automation, this function supports energy savings and precise flow or conveyor regulation. That electronic control lets the motor respond more closely to process demand than fixed-speed operation.

The drive accepts a supply of 380-480 V ±10% at 50/60 Hz, and within that range it delivers 0.55 kW or 0.75 HP to the motor terminals. The output uses three-phase conductors, which helps maintain balanced current and reduce motor heating. An enclosure rating of IP20 makes the unit suitable for installation inside a protected control panel rather than for direct exposure to dust or liquids. The model is released without an application option package or fieldbus option, so setup is handled from the front interface. Because the application tag is Process, the default parameter set is suited to constant-torque regulation in mixers, agitators, and similar continuous-duty equipment.

Cabinet integration is helped by the narrow Bookstyle profile, which allows multiple drives to fit side by side on a shared mounting area. The printed circuit boards carry a protective chemical coating that improves resistance to moisture and vapors in industrial plants. Operator interaction is handled by a built-in display (SLCP), which shows speed, fault text, and parameter numbers on the front cover. The display also gives local access to operating values and parameter menus without requiring external accessories. The power section uses a standard brake configuration, so the drive includes an internal brake chopper for rapid deceleration. Conducted emissions toward the mains are reduced by the EN 55011 A1 (IT-mains) filter.
