This also helps reduce abrupt starts and keeps motor response more consistent during changing load conditions.

For control integration, the drive provides an analog reference source of 10 V DC for potentiometer feedback and a separate digital input rail at 24 V DC for start, stop, and preset commands. The power stage tolerates mains fluctuations of ±10% without derating and can deliver a constant output current of 3.1 A while generating 1.3 kVA at 230 V. Internal ramp generators extend acceleration or deceleration to as long as 800 s, preventing mechanical shock on high-inertia loads. A minimum pull-up resistance of 600 ? should be applied to the logic inputs to maintain stable signal levels when remote contacts open. The converter stays operational in noncondensing atmospheres with relative humidity up to 95%, provided cabinet airflow removes waste heat.
