BODAS Displays

The BODAS Displays series from Bosch Rexroth comprises freely programmable operator interfaces for mobile working machines, unifying machine visualization, operator input, diagnostics, and service tools in one display unit. Across the lineup, you get high-resolution color screens in multiple sizes, driven by i.MX6 processors with onboard flash and RAM, plus adjustable backlighting, an ambient light sensor, status indication, and a real-time clock. Depending on the generation, interaction is via programmable softkeys and push-turn controls or by capacitive multitouch. Screen content and machine functions are configured in environments such as CODESYS, while newer versions add Linux-based development options. Connectivity and integration include CAN bus, USB, video input, audio, and Ethernet, with direct connection to BODAS controllers for parameterization, diagnostics, and software flashing. Built for harsh off-highway use, the series features rugged housings, wide supply-voltage support, resistance to shock, vibration, moisture, and temperature extremes, and mounting choices for dashboard or stand-alone cab installation.
