BODAS Controllers from Bosch Rexroth are programmable control units for mobile working machines, providing both open-loop and closed-loop control of hydraulic components and related machine functions. The platform targets applications such as hydrostatic travel drives, working hydraulics, and transmission control, and accepts a wide span of inputs, including analog voltage and current, resistance, frequency, and digital switching signals. Across the range, outputs include pulse-width-modulated proportional channels and switched outputs for direct actuation of solenoids, relays, lamps, and similar devices used on mobile equipment. Service and communication are handled through interfaces like CAN bus and RS232, enabling diagnostics, parameterization, process-variable display, and data exchange with other electronic systems. Designed for harsh duty, the controllers feature sealed aluminum housings, watchdog-based monitoring and safety shutdown functions, and high resistance to vibration, shock, moisture, salt exposure, and electromagnetic interference.
