BODAS Controllers

The BODAS Controllers series from Bosch Rexroth comprises programmable control units for mobile working machines, enabling both open-loop and closed-loop management of hydraulic actuators and associated machine functions. Typical uses include hydrostatic travel drives, working hydraulics, and transmission management. The electronics accept a wide range of input types, including analog voltage and current, resistance and frequency signals, as well as discrete switching inputs, and provide PWM proportional outputs and switched outputs to drive solenoids, relays, lamps, and other on-machine devices. Connectivity for service and networking is available via interfaces such as CAN bus and RS232, supporting diagnostics, parameterization, live value display, and data exchange with other electronic systems. Engineered for demanding field conditions, the units feature sealed aluminum housings, watchdog supervision, safety shutdown mechanisms, and strong resistance to vibration, shock, moisture, salt exposure, and electromagnetic interference.
