The StepSyn Stepping Motors series offers a wide variety of motors tailored for diverse industrial requirements. These motors come in frame sizes ranging from a compact 35 mm square to a larger 86 mm square, providing holding torques between 0.195 Nm and 9 Nm for the larger models. With such versatility, they're suitable for both low-power and high-power applications. Featuring step angles of either 0.9° or 1.8°, they ensure precise movement control necessary for tasks demanding accuracy. Motors in this series can have unipolar or bipolar winding configurations, making them adaptable to different electrical setups. A distinctive feature is the availability of optional encoders, enhancing positional accuracy with resolutions varying from 200 CPR to 1024 CPR in two or three channel incremental designs. The motors reliably operate in temperatures between -10°C and +50°C (with larger models at +40°C) and humidity levels ranging from 20% to 90%, non-condensing. They withstand storage temperatures from -20°C up to +60°C. Tested for vibration resistance at frequencies from 10 Hz to 500 Hz and offering insulation standards between Class B (+130°C) and Class F (+155°C), these motors deliver dependable and precise motion control for industrial environments.
