The Q SANMOTION Servo Motors series includes two specialized lines catering to varying application demands. A low inertia model offers superior responsiveness, while the medium inertia option is tailored for low ripple operation and greater efficiency. This series is available in 100V and 200V configurations, featuring sealed frames with O-ring construction for IP67 protection against environmental influences. Units up to 130mm flange size employ a 10-pole multi-pole architecture, whereas larger motors utilize 12 poles, enhancing overall performance through advanced magnetic circuits and refined armature structures. These design enhancements result in around 20% reduced power losses compared to earlier generations, achieving efficiencies of approximately 90% in smaller units and up to 95% for larger ones. Notably, careful optimization of the motor's pole and slot combinations ensures extremely low cogging torque�below 0.5% of rated torque�allowing smooth operation and minimal vibrations during precision tasks. The series reliably operates within temperatures of 0-40�C and withstands storage conditions ranging from -20�C to 65�C, covering flange dimensions between 40mm and 220mm square. Motors rated up to 1kW can reach peak speeds of 5000 min-1, ideal for high-speed scenarios. Moreover, these motors are compatible with existing mounting specifications, enabling seamless replacement of previous models.
