The PB SANMOTION Servo Drivers are compatible with either single-phase 100/115V or single/three-phase 200/230V AC power sources, merging the robust low-speed torque characteristics of stepping motors with the precision offered by closed-loop control systems. Using sine wave PWM control technology, the system achieves high resolutions up to 3200 P/R, enhanced by its electronic gearing capability. Motors between the 42mm and 60mm range can achieve speeds from 0 to 4500 min-1, whereas the larger 86mm models have a maximum speed of around 4000 min-1. Equipped with pulse-chain input and RS-485/parallel I/O interfaces, the series includes five different motor models sized between 42mm and 86mm. The performance range boasts maximum stall torque between 0.39 and 6.6 N�m and rotor inertia ranging from 0.056 to 3 kg-cm�. Additionally, its intelligent current control feature allows for significant heat efficiency, reducing heat production by as much as 80% relative to prior models. Position accuracy is also greatly improved, with encoder resolution reaching up to 4000 P/R, supported by a unique position compensation capability. Other notable functionalities include a digital operational interface for effortless parameter setup, teaching mode, and built-in protections to prevent the motor from overheating.
