The Kollmorgen M.1015.6978 from the YSM Brushless Servo Motors series is a compact, high-performance brushless servo motor featuring neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet rotors and an integrated holding brake for reliable positioning. It delivers a continuous torque of 5 to 450 lb-in (0.5 to 50 Nm) with a peak torque of 1.81 Nm (16 lb-in), a top speed of up to 6000 RPM, and a rotor inertia of 0.00013 kg-m2. Rated IP65 for harsh environments, it includes an internal thermal switch for overheating indication and offers a torque constant of 0.14 Nm/A, a back EMF constant of 16 V/kRPM, thermal resistance of 1.3 �C/W, and winding inductance of 2.6 mH.
