ST-5114 by Kollmorgen

The ST-5114 module from Kollmorgen's Crevis Slice Modules series is a high-speed digital output module. It features a 24 Vdc field power supply, photo-coupler isolation, four output channels, and accepts input frequencies up to 25 kHz (Encoder x4). The compact unit measures 12 × 99 × 70 mm and operates from -20°C to 55°C with 5-90% non-condensing humidity resistance. It provides 0.5 A sink output per channel and mounts on a 35 mm DIN rail.
