The Kollmorgen 6SM 27LL-4.500 servo motor from the 6SM Synchronous Servo Motors series is a brushless industrial synchronous motor offering a continuous current of 40A and a peak current of 73A for dynamic performance. Its natural convection cooling and thermal time constant of 22min ensure efficient heat dissipation, while the voltage range of 24V DC to 48V DC provides flexible operation. Equipped with an incremental encoder with Hall sensors, an interface supporting RS232 and RS485, and a rotor moment of inertia of 0.14Kgcm2, this motor delivers high-accuracy feedback. It supports an axial load of 30N and a radial load of 90N, operating at a max mechanical speed of 7500 rpm.
