The 07.F0.R01-1228 control cabinet is produced by KEB and belongs to the F0 Combivert Control Cabinets series. As a compact enclosure containing inverter circuitry, it distributes power and logic signals to small induction motors that drive conveyors, pumps, and light positioning axes. Inside an automation cell, the cabinet provides an intermediate DC link, supervises coordinated fuse stages, and supplies reference voltages so external PLCs can control motor speed or torque without additional power supplies.

The electrical side of the cabinet is designed for 230 VAC single-phase mains. At that input, it can deliver a continuous motor output of 1.8 kVA, which corresponds to 4.5 A at the drive terminals. Thermal performance is controlled by a built-in heat sink that releases 65 W of power loss to the surrounding air; this value helps determine enclosure spacing and ventilation requirements. An IP20 protection rating means the rack must be installed inside a closed panel to prevent unintended contact and exposure to contaminants. The wiring connections accept conductors with a cross-sectional area starting at 2.5 mm². A +15 V auxiliary rail supplies 30 mA for encoder or sensor circuits, while the open-collector outputs tolerate 30 V and sink up to 30 mA, allowing them to drive optically isolated inputs without additional relays.

The inverter channel supports 0.75 kW of shaft power while keeping semiconductor temperatures within operating limits at mounting elevations up to 3000 m above sea level. The steel rack weighs 3 kg, allowing it to be fastened to standard DIN rails without additional bracing. A stabilized 10 V reference is available for potentiometer-based speed commands. System protection is provided by a 20 A mains fuse, a 10 A intermediate fuse, and a 0.4 A control fuse. This staged fuse arrangement separates high-energy faults from the low-voltage control electronics.
