The 07.E4.T60-0061 is an electromagnetic compatibility filter produced by KEB within the Combiline EMC Filters series. As a single-phase accessory, it is installed between a drive and the mains to attenuate high-frequency noise generated by pulse-width-modulated inverters. By limiting conducted interference, it helps surrounding sensors and control electronics meet industrial immunity limits. The unit also shields motor cables from incoming disturbances, preserving signal integrity in automated machinery.

It is classified as a high-frequency filter, meaning its internal capacitors and chokes target switching transients at frequencies above the audio range. The mechanical frame follows housing code D, providing a compact footprint for cabinet mounting. The filter accepts up to 1 × 240 V (+10%) on its single input phase and carries 12 A without saturation. Thermal dissipation at that current is limited to 5 W, so additional heat sinks are unnecessary in most enclosures. Two line terminals sized 2 × 4 mm², equivalent to 2 × AWG 10, accommodate rigid or stranded supply conductors while maintaining low contact resistance. Integration with the drive side is simplified by the submounted configuration; the filter bolts directly beneath a KEB inverter so cable runs stay short. Outgoing leads are factory-installed, providing two inverter conductors sized at 2 × AWG 14 and a fixed stripped length of 110 mm, which reduces wiring time and prevents an improper stripping depth. The compact magnetic core and aluminum cover keep the total mass at 0.9 kg, easing the load on DIN-rail or plate supports. The separate neutral and phase paths are routed to the inverter through color-coded pigtails. The earth connection is tied to the mounting plate to provide a low-impedance return path for common-mode currents. This layout keeps cable connections compact without enlarging the control cabinet.
