The 176F3024 is a power electronics module produced by Danfoss and supplied within the VLT PowerCards series of subassemblies for VLT drives. As a power card, it is installed on the DC-link side of a multi-pulse rectifier stage, where it conditions incoming line power so that large-frame variable-frequency drives can modulate motor voltage and frequency in industrial automation systems. In this position, it supports conversion of incoming AC power into the DC energy used by the inverter section of the drive. It is intended for high-power drive platforms that require stable rectification and controlled energy transfer ahead of the motor output stage.

This card is engineered for three-phase grids that deliver 500 V line-to-line. The rectifier bridge on the board is wired in a 12-pulse configuration, a topology that reduces harmonic distortion and lowers input current ripple when paired with an appropriate phase-shifting transformer.
