The 131B8674 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It is intended to regulate induction-motor speed in automated lines, conveyors, pumping stations, and similar equipment where adjustable motor control is required. By converting fixed-frequency utility power into a variable-frequency, variable-voltage output, it helps a control system match motor torque to changing load demand during operation. This method also supports smoother acceleration and deceleration than direct-on-line motor starting and helps processes run at the required speed instead of a fixed one.

Electrically, the drive delivers up to 100 HP of mechanical output and supports a continuous rating of 75 kW. It accepts supply voltages from 380 - 500 VAC on a three-phase power network, and the internal mains option slot is empty, so the standard configuration does not use an added line interface board. Conducted emissions are limited by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, which helps reduce electrical noise on the supply side. A safe-stop brake chopper is not installed, so regenerated energy during rapid deceleration must be handled externally. Accessory bays A, B, C, C0, C1, and D are unpopulated, and adaptation B is not included.

The enclosure carries an IP54/Type12 N3R rating that blocks dust ingress and resists water splashes, allowing installation in general factory areas without a separate cabinet. The overall height is 780 mm, and the assembly weighs 58.59 kg, while the listed width and depth help with placement and clearance planning. Printed circuit boards have a protective coating to improve resistance to moisture and corrosive atmospheres, and the cable glands use the standard entry layout for field wiring. A Graphical Local Control Panel on the front door provides menu navigation, real-time operating data, and local start-stop control. The coated boards also help protect sensitive electronics in areas where humidity or airborne contaminants may be present.
