The Thermal Controllers series includes industrial controllers that work for different temperature regulation tasks. Every controller has a fast 100ms cycle time. This is important for applications needing quick control actions. These are for infrared heaters and water-cooling units. A useful feature is the configurable analog output, which can show process values adapting the instrument for many uses. This makes the controller adaptable, while secured configurations add a layer of protection, and helps prevent setting changes. It can function up to 60�C. Its many control methods have simple 2-point or on/off control, a continuous PID control, and a 3-point stepping control. All of them adjust to different application needs. There is a way to adjust error measurements. These series can watch the heating current and what the output circuit does and see if there are any problems. The "start-up" helps high-performance electrical heating elements, such as those in hot runner molds to extend the lifespan. Its 16 x 16 segment programmer helps the accuracy and how quickly it reacts to changes within the system. The user also can configure its self-tuning and BluePort front.
