The Thermal Controllers series includes industrial controllers that work for different temperature regulation tasks. Every controller has a fast 100ms cycle time. There is a way to adjust error measurements. These series can watch the heating current and what the output circuit does and see if there are any problems. The "start-up" helps high-performance electrical heating elements, such as those in hot runner molds to extend the lifespan.
