The B8501 drive from DanaherÂ’s Quadraline Regenerative Drives series is a digital brushless servo drive with DSP closed-loop control. It accepts 90 to 253 VAC single-phase at 50/60 Hz, delivers 5 A continuous and 10 A peak motor current, and supports incremental quadrature encoder inputs up to 2 MHz. Its compact enclosure measures 10.5 x 5.93 x 2.50 inches and weighs 5 lb. It also features an RS232C interface at 9600 baud.
