The E14050002700 encoder from Danaher in the Dynapar Encoders series provides incremental optical encoding with resolutions from 100 to 2540 pulses per revolution. It accepts 5 VDC (±15%) or 12/15 VDC inputs, draws up to 80 mA, and delivers 40 mA push-pull sink/source outputs. It reaches up to 5000 RPM shaft speed, features 90°±36° quadrature phasing, and offers an optional Index Z channel. Enclosed in NEMA12/IP54 housing with just 0.1 oz-in starting torque, it withstands harsh industrial conditions.
