The Copley Controls 421CE from the DC Servo Amplifiers series is a robust DC servo amplifier offering a continuous current of 5A and continuous power of ~5A @ ~170V with a peak current of 10A at a PWM switching frequency of 25kHz. It accepts DC power from 24-180VDC and provides selectable load inductance from 200 uH to 40mH via a 40-pin header socket. Operating over a baseplate temperature range of 0 to 70 degrees C, it features a differential reference input (100K between inputs), logic inputs up to +24V, and a thermal resistance of 2.7 degrees C/W. CE Certified for industrial automation, it excels in dynamic performance and protection.
