The XCS Single Axis CtrlX Converters series is tailored for precise motor control operations. Its modular design integrates components such as a mains input rectifier, braking transistor options, and an inverter stage dedicated to motor control. Each converter unit features DC bus capacitors along with clearly defined connection points. Users can select configurations appropriate for external braking resistors or opt for integrated braking transistor/resistor combinations. Model specifications allow customization of various aspects including cooling methods, maximum allowable currents, protection levels, and connector arrangements. The series supports a wide range of current capacities from 10A to up to 375A and is available in either air-cooled or coldplate cooling versions. With an IP20 protection rating, these converters reliably handle AC voltage inputs ranging from 200 to 500V (+10%/-15%), ensuring seamless integration into standard industrial power systems.
