The Rexroth VT-3000 analog amplifier is designed for controlling pilot-operated proportional directional valves (WRZ, up to component series 6) and direct-operated proportional pressure valves (DBEP6 and 3DREP6). The VT-3000 cards feature four adjustable command values, limited by potentiometers to a maximum input signal. The front panel includes four LEDs that provide a visual reference for the input relays. A built-in voltage stabilizer ensures consistent voltage for optimal performance. The built-in ramp generator allows adjustment of acceleration and deceleration rates to 1 or 5 seconds. Additionally, the VT-3000 uses PWM output, which reduces hysteresis with a dither effect.
