The TVD Power Supply is a high-voltage link that provides a regulated DC bus circuit to power drives, allowing it to operate without a transformer on 3-phase 380V power systems. The TVD Power Supplies can accommodate up to ten drive modules on a single unit, with the TVD1.3 model offering 7.5kW or 15kW of DC bus continuous power. An auxiliary module, such as the NAM1.3 Series, can be used to suppress reactions on the power system. The TVD Power Supplies also allow for temporary overloading to accelerate feed and spindle drives, and can be combined with an auxiliary bleeder module for added functionality.
