The RLC1-532BGB is a power connection lead designed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RLC1 Motor Power Cables series. As a finished cable assembly, it routes drive output to ML3 linear or rotary motors in automated equipment. Its factory-terminated conductors and overmolded connectors support quick installation, reduce wiring errors, and help maintain electromagnetic compatibility in IndraDrive servo axes. Because it is supplied as a dedicated assembly rather than as bulk cable, connector fit and shielding geometry remain consistent throughout the cable run.

With a flex life rating of 5,000,000 cycles, the cable tolerates repetitive motion in energy chains before conductor fatigue becomes a concern. The Basic model label indicates a standard outer jacket without braided armor or coolant ducts, which helps keep weight and diameter low. Being factory-specified as Ready-Made, each section arrives pre-cut and ready for installation. Internally, finely stranded copper with a cross-section of 0.75 mm² balances current capacity with the bendability needed for compact routing spaces. At the motor side, an integrated M23 Power Connector provides keyed mating, shielding continuity, and a sealed interface that helps protect the contacts from oil mist and metal chips.

It is classified as a Power Cable, so only three phase conductors and a protective ground are included, which keeps routing simpler than with hybrid cable designs. Electrical and mechanical interfaces align with IndraDrive converters, so the voltage ratings, leakage paths, and shielding arrangement match the drive output section. The conductor insulation is suited to the thermal profile of ML3 motors, helping prevent jacket softening during sustained current peaks. During dynamic motion, the assembly must observe a minimum bend radius of 7.5xD, while fixed installation permits a 5xD radius. This layout also supports systems that use separate signal leads instead of combining power and feedback in one cable.
