The RLC1-124BGB is a motor power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and supplied through the RLC1 Motor Power Cables series. It is designed to carry drive output current directly to a servo motor, creating the main electrical path between the inverter and the actuator in automated assembly lines, material-handling gantries, and packaging cells. Its flexible construction is intended for repeated movement in cable tracks, and the cable geometry helps maintain stable performance while limiting mechanical stress during constant axis motion. This makes it suitable for axes that cycle continuously through both short and long travel patterns.

The conductors have a cross-section of 0.75 mm², providing a balance between current capacity and flexibility for medium-power servo axes. A factory-mounted M23 Power Connector mates with the motor socket, giving quick installation and a sealed power interface at the machine end. At the housing entry, the cable uses double clamping to secure the shielding and provide strain relief for the copper cores, which helps reduce intermittent faults during vibration and repeated flexing. For moving cable-carrier applications, the jacket supports a dynamic bending radius of 7.5 × D, where D is the outer diameter, allowing tight routing without excessive conductor fatigue. The cable is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, making it suitable for high-duty energy chains that operate through frequent travel.

When the installation is stationary or only repositioned occasionally, the minimum static bending radius is 5 × D, a figure that helps with cable tray and cabinet layout. The drive end of the assembly is supplied unterminated for a direct connection to compatible converters, which reduces added junction resistance and leaves the installer free to match the termination to the drive side. The cable is supplied in the Basic version, and the jacket compound and shielding follow the standard RLC1 material stack without extra drag-chain reinforcement.
