The RLC1-024ECB is a motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RLC1 Motor Power Cables series. It is intended to transfer three-phase power from drive electronics to servo motors in automated machines while also carrying auxiliary circuits inside one industrial jacket. Combining these functions reduces the number of separate cable runs between the cabinet and the motor, which helps keep routing orderly in moving or fixed installations. Because the conductors are bundled in one assembly, the cable can simplify cable-track layouts where separate leads would take more space. The cable belongs to a pre-terminated product line that pairs with standardized connectors, reducing wiring mistakes and simplifying installation.

Each phase conductor in the assembly is sized at 14 AWG, which helps balance current capacity with the flexibility needed for machine routing. The permissible continuous load is 22.6 A, allowing medium-frame servo axes to operate without exceeding the thermal rating of the insulation during normal use. Inside the jacket, every power core has a copper cross section of 2.5 mm², which matches the spring terminals used on many IndraDrive power stages. The entire assembly is classified as a Power Cable and uses molded connector shells that clip directly into IndraDrive control units, so connection points stay compact and shield continuity is maintained from the drive to the motor. This combination of current capacity and conductor size suits servo connections that need dependable power delivery without making the cable excessively stiff.

For applications that need combined power and auxiliary services, the RLC1-024ECB follows a 4x L + 4x 1.0 mm² topology, using four main conductors for motor power and four smaller conductors for brakes or sensors. Each auxiliary line retains a cross section of 1.0 mm², which supports common control functions without adding unnecessary bulk to the cable. As part of the Rexroth Cables product group, the cable has a PVC outer sheath that supports straightforward routing through guides, clamps, and energy chains. The grouped layout keeps auxiliary circuits with the motor power run, which helps organize cable management at the axis. Compatibility with ML3 Motors allows factory-supplied motor connectors to mate directly without pin reassignment or adapter leads.
