The RLB3-116KEB cable is an industrial power lead produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat for the RLB Motor Power Cables series. As a member of the Rexroth Cables product group, it links a cabinet-mounted drive directly to a motor, carrying the main phases and protective conductors required for motion axes. The cable's basic construction lowers weight while remaining suitable for continuous flexing in cable chains used in pick-and-place modules, gantries, and conveyors. By providing a ready-terminated interface to the C-frame motor terminal box, it shortens installation time and supports reliable power transfer in automated cells.

Mechanical endurance is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles when routed through an energy chain. Copper conductors with a cross-section of 25 mm² support the current demanded by medium-frame servo motors while limiting voltage drop along extended runs. During dynamic movement, the jacket must not be bent tighter than a radius of 7.5 × D; when fixed, the minimum bend radius is 5 × D. The internal layout uses a 4x L + 4x 1.5 mm² arrangement, combining four power cores with four smaller signal wires so brake or auxiliary lines can travel in the same sheath without additional conduits. Operation is permitted from -30 °C to 80 °C without jacket embrittlement or softening. The motor end uses a C (M50) terminal box interface, while the drive side is prepared for direct connection to EFC inverters, eliminating intermediate terminal strips. This direct motor-to-drive connection, together with compatibility for the MS2(X) motor series, removes the need for adapter harnesses. A basic outer jacket keeps the diameter low while still meeting the required static and dynamic bend radii under constant motion.
