Bosch Rexroth Indramat produces the RLB3-085HDB within its RLB Motor Power Cables series. This flexible power cable links MS2-series servo motors to compatible Rexroth inverters, carrying three-phase supply and protective conductors between the drive cabinet and the motor terminal box in automated assemblies such as packaging lines and palletizers. Its flexible construction supports repeated movement in dynamic machinery while keeping power delivery stable during continuous motion. It is intended for industrial motion systems where the cable must tolerate repetitive travel, carrier routing, and the electrical demands of servo-driven axes.

The conductor set is arranged as 4x L + 4x 1.0 mm² + 2x 1.5 mm², and each phase core has a cross-section of 10 mm² to help keep voltage drop low on high-current axes. Mechanical endurance is rated for 5,000,000 cycles of dynamic bending, making the cable suitable for energy-chain routing. In static installation, the cable can be bent to a minimum radius of 5 x D, which helps in tight panel layouts without overstressing the insulation. The thermoplastic jacket supports continuous operation up to 80 °C and remains flexible down to -30 °C. The cable also uses braid shielding and an outer sheath thickness suited for electromagnetic compatibility and abrasion resistance.
