The RLB2-113KEB is a flexible motor power cable produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RLB Motor Power Cables series. It is intended for the motor-to-junction segment in multi-axis machines, routing three-phase supply and protective conductors from MS2(X) synchronous motors to ctrlX DRIVE inverters. Its basic design uses a PUR outer jacket in orange (RAL 2003), and it includes four line conductors plus four 1.5 mm² auxiliary cores that terminate in a C (M50) terminal-box connector at the motor side. This arrangement keeps the power path and auxiliary connections in one flexible assembly, which supports cleaner routing between moving machine sections and fixed cabinet hardware.

Electrical load handling is supported by a continuous current limit of 93.9 A at 40 °C and a rated insulation level of 600/1000 V, allowing the cable to feed medium-power servomotors without excessive thermal rise or dielectric stress. The circular geometry uses a dynamic bend radius of 7.5 x D during chain motion and a static bend radius of 5 x D for fixed routing, which helps protect the conductors during repeated movement and stationary installation. An outside diameter of 29.8 mm supports standard cable clamps and still fits compact routing through energy tracks. That combination supports repeated motion in cable carriers while still allowing orderly installation where the cable is laid in a fixed path.

Service life is supported by an endurance rating of 5,000,000 flex cycles, and the copper mains cores use a cross-section of 25 mm² to keep resistive losses low. The PUR sheath remains pliable from -30 to +80 °C, matching the operating and storage temperature range for consistent handling in refrigerated or heated facilities. Low mutual capacitance of 0.6 nF/m helps limit reactive currents so the drive can maintain accurate current control at high switching frequencies. These electrical characteristics are useful in inverter-fed motor circuits, where stable transmission supports repeatable axis operation.
