The RLB2-065KEB is a power cable manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat and assigned to the RLB Motor Power Cables series. It is built to connect MS2(X) synchronous motors to compatible drive electronics, carrying three-phase output power from cabinet-mounted inverters to the motor terminals while returning auxiliary signals on separate cores. In automated equipment, this cable provides the physical link between the inverter and motor so motion commands can be translated into controlled torque at the machine axis. Separate power and auxiliary paths also help keep routing organized in moving cable systems.

The conductor set includes 4 conductors each of 25 mm² for the main phases, which helps limit resistive loss across typical machine lengths. Control functions such as brake release or thermal monitoring are routed through 4 auxiliary conductors of 1.5 mm², so one cable can handle both power delivery and low-current auxiliary duties. A service life of 5 million bending cycles supports continuously moving axes such as linear carriages or robotic joints that repeat the same travel path. To reduce conductor fatigue during motion, the jacket can flex to a 7.5 × D dynamic bending radius, while fixed installation permits a tighter 5 × D static bending radius bend. The insulation tolerates ambient temperatures up to 80 °C maximum temperature and remains pliable down to -30 °C minimum temperature for cold starts in unheated facilities. That flexibility helps reduce jacket stress when equipment is energized after downtime in low-temperature areas. The motor end uses an M58 connector that mates directly with MS2(X) stator housings, while the drive side is prepared for connection to ctrlX DRIVE terminal blocks. This termination layout supports direct connection at the motor and orderly routing back to the inverter cabinet in packaging, handling, and assembly machines.
