The RLB2-064JEB motor power cable is produced by Bosch Rexroth Indramat within the RLB Motor Power Cables series. It is intended for industrial automation tasks where moving axes demand a flexible energy supply and repeated motion places stress on cable jackets. By linking ctrlX or IndraDrive inverters to synchronous motor terminals, the assembly transfers three-phase power while tolerating continuous flexing in drag-chain routes. A single cable assembly also simplifies routing where motors travel on carriages, indexing tables, or gantry axes. This layout supports stable electrical performance in packaging cells, handling robots, and material flow systems.

Its electrical core is sized at 16.0 mm² (AWG 6), giving a low-impedance path that helps keep voltage drop low over typical motor-to-drive distances. With a continuous current rating of 71.3 A, the cable supports medium-frame servo motors running at full torque without exceeding permissible conductor temperature. The cable has a dynamic bending limit of 7.5 × D, meaning it may flex to seven and a half times its outer diameter during motion, while stationary loops must respect a static radius of 5 × D. It is rated for 5,000,000 bending cycles, so the sheath can maintain insulation integrity over long service intervals in energy-chain applications.

Connectivity is provided by a molded M58 motor-side connector that locks to MS2 terminals without tools. Internal conductor allocation follows a 4x L + 4x 1.5 mm² layout, so three phases, protective earth, and auxiliary cores are bundled under one jacket. Bundling these conductors in one jacket keeps the run compact where cabinet space and bend clearance are limited.
