Intended for plant-wide automation, the cable supplies stator power from a ctrlX DRIVE inverter to an MS2(X) synchronous servo motor while maintaining EMC compliance. By combining a compact conductor bundle with a polyurethane sheath, the assembly provides a dedicated link between motion modules and drive cabinets in conveyor, packaging, and material-handling equipment.

The conductor set features four power cores, each with a cross section of 1.5 mm², which corresponds to American wire size 16 AWG. This geometry limits resistive losses along typical cable runs. Under continuous duty, the bundle carries an effective current of 15.6 A, enabling full-load operation for low-to-medium-frame servo motors. Dielectric behavior is characterized by a leakage capacitance of 0.4 nF/m, which keeps reactive current within the range tolerated by the ctrlX DRIVE output stage. For static routing inside control cabinets, the PUR jacket allows a minimum fixed bending radius of 5 x D, so tight runs can be formed without excessive mechanical strain. The outer sheath is orange RAL 2003, and the PUR jacket resists oil and coolant encountered in industrial cable installations.

During dynamic motion in cable chains or robot wrists, the assembly may be flexed down to 7.5 x D, maintaining conductor integrity under repetitive cycles. Its internal layout uses 4x L + 4x 0.75 mm², combining the four load conductors with additional auxiliary lines that can serve temperature or brake circuits. Electrical pin assignment aligns with the ctrlX DRIVE connector standard, allowing tool-less installation and strain relief at the drive end. The mating motor plug follows the pattern used on the MS2(X) servo platform, which supports correct connection to compatible motors. This arrangement keeps the power and auxiliary conductors in one cable body, helping simplify routing between the inverter and the motor.
