It is intended to link MS2(X) synchronous motors to drive amplifiers, carrying main phase current and auxiliary low-power signals within automated machine modules. For dynamic cable-chain layouts, the RLB2-022CBB endures 5,000,000 bending cycles and may flex to a minimum moving radius of 7.5 x D, maintaining conductor integrity during continuous motion. Service temperatures span -30 °C to 80 °C, so it can operate beside ovens or in unheated bays, while fixed installations allow even higher conductor temperatures. Direct pairing with ctrlX DRIVE modules avoids field rewiring because the shielding, pin assignments, and brake leads match the drive terminal layout used in modular production cells.
