These conductors are insulated for up to 600/1000 V, whereas the internal signal pair is rated for 450/750 V, allowing combined power and auxiliary signals through one routed line. During dynamic cable track operation, the PUR jacket tolerates curvature down to 7.5 × D, which minimizes stress on conductor bundles when axes accelerate. The molded connection also helps keep routing compact in moving machine sections.

For static cabinet or machine routing, the minimum bend radius tightens further to 5 × D, supporting compact layouts in multi-axis frames. The jacket compound is a high-flex PUR (Orange RAL 2003) that resists oil and weld spatter, and together with tinned copper braiding it achieves more than 5,000,000 cycles in standard drag-chain tests. Compatibility with the ctrlX DRIVE platform means the cable uses pin allocation and EMC impedance matched to that controller family. The cable is intended for continuous-motion pick-and-place modules, gantries, and packaging machinery that demand long service life from moving power links. The matched cable layout also supports stable routing in densely packed machine sections.
