The primary power conductors each use a cross-section of 1.0 mm², a size that supports the continuous current drawn by mid-frame synchronous servomotors while limiting voltage drop over typical machine lengths. During motion, the cable can flex to a minimum dynamic bend radius of 7.5 × D; once installed in a fixed routing channel, the static requirement relaxes to 5 × D. These geometry limits prevent conductor fatigue and jacket kinking, contributing to a service life rated for 5 million bending cycles in energy-chain applications. Electrical termination is accelerated by the SPEEDCON quick-lock system, which allows tool-free mating of the drive-side connector.

The motor end of the assembly is fitted with an M17 circular connector, so the shielding braid maintains continuity right up to the servo housing. Four auxiliary cores with a combined section of 4 x 0.75 mm² are routed beside the power lines and are typically assigned to temperature sensors, holding-brake release, or digital encoders. When the cable is paired with a ctrlX DRIVE inverter and an MS2(X) servo motor, the direct plug-in architecture eliminates intermediate junction boxes, shortens installation time, and reduces potential points of failure inside moving machine axes.
