This flexible assembly routes three-phase power and protective conductor connections between second-generation Rexroth servo motors and their drives, supporting industrial automation modules that demand coordinated motion and high cycle rates. It is intended for moving machine axes where the cable must flex repeatedly without interrupting motor power delivery. Its layout keeps the motor connection contained in a single cable run, which helps routing through cable carriers and machine frames. It can be used on gantries, transfer axes, and similar equipment that needs a durable motor power connection during repetitive travel.

The conductor layout of 4x L + 4x 0.75 mm² keeps the load conductors and auxiliary conductors organized within one cable assembly. Each load core has a cross section of 35.0 mm², so voltage drop remains low when drives deliver peak current. A factory-installed M58 circular connector mates directly with Rexroth motor sockets, removing the need for field termination at the motor end. For use in cable chains, the cable withstands repeated flexing down to a dynamic bending radius of 7.5 x D, while fixed installation can use a static radius of 5 x D. The compound is Halogen-free and also omits silicone, so combustion byproducts are less corrosive and paint areas are less likely to be contaminated. The jacket surface also helps the cable move smoothly in carriers, reducing sticking during repeated travel.
